About This Tent
This spacious luxury bush house is ideal for families or larger groups, sleeping up to twelve guests across four en-suite bedrooms – two with double beds and two with twin singles. Additional mattresses for up to four children are available on request. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee and tea facilities, making self-catering effortless. The open-plan lounge is fitted with satellite TV and streaming services, and the home is kept comfortable year-round with air conditioning, ceiling fans, heaters, and electric blankets for cooler Namibian nights. Complimentary Wi-Fi and regular cleaning are provided. Outside, a furnished patio and garden with an outdoor dining area and outdoor fireplace (braai) make for the perfect gathering spot – firewood and firelighters are supplied. Please note this is a non-smoking unit.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit

- We accept credit cards on the property
- The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
- The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. All bookings include 15% VAT
- We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
